  • Security Policies & Procedures

    We have developed extensive policies and procedures regarding security on our church campus and addressing concerns of safety and security for youth and children in our programs. Click on the box to the right for a complete brochure.

  • youth Medical Release Form

    All youth and children who participate in Lakeside activities must have a signed release form on file with the church office. Please complete and return the form found by clicking the box to the right.

  • adult medical release form

    Adults who chaperone off-campus activities or who drive church vehicles must undergo a background and/or driver's license check and have a release form on file with the church office. Please complete and return the form found by clicking the box to the right.

  • wedding policies

    Lakeside members or people who have the sponsorship of a Lakeside member who wish to get married at Lakeside can find our Wedding Policies by clicking the box to the right. 

  • facilities use policies

    We are pleased to have community groups and nonprofits use our facilities for meetings and activities and have some of our spaces available for rent to private parties on a limited basis.  Please see our policies regarding use of our facilities by clicking the box to the right.
